PowerNet Global Launches Local & Long Distance Bundles in New Jersey, Ohio, & Georgia
Cincinnati, OH, May 18, 2005 - PowerNet Global Communications, an integrated communications provider offering voice and data telecommunications and Internet services to business and residential customers, today announced the introduction of local and long distance phone service bundles for residential customers in New Jersey, Ohio, and Georgia. The company is offering a range of bundled package plans to meet the local and long distance needs of its nationwide consumer base.
The launches in the three states expand the company’s presence with these bundles beyond the states where they’re currently offered: Florida, Indiana, Michigan, New York, and Texas. In coming weeks, the company will announce additional states.
“Even though some players have left the market in the wake of UNE-P, the complexity of choices out there for consumers can still be overwhelming,” said Executive VP of Sales Larry Moses. “We’ve found our customers respond to the simplicity, value, and support built into our services, and these local and long distance bundles are a direct response to that.”
The packages in the three additional states offer these features and benefits:
· New Jersey: Packages start at $12.33 for unlimited local calls and 30 minutes of monthly domestic long distance. For just $16.33 per month, residents can enjoy unlimited local calls and 120 minutes of monthly domestic long distance.
· Ohio: Packages start at $19.33 for unlimited local calls and 30 minutes of monthly domestic long distance. For just $23.33 per month, residents can enjoy unlimited local calls and 120 minutes of monthly domestic long distance.
· Georgia: Packages start at $23.33 for unlimited local calls and 30 minutes of monthly domestic long distance. For just $27.33 per month, residents can enjoy unlimited local calls and 120 minutes of monthly domestic long distance.
All bundled plans also include aggressive international calling rates. Other plans and features are also available.
The company is marketing its local and long distance bundles through its nationwide network of independent communications agents and affinity groups.
